A blend from vineyards throughout the region, this is classical in its structure, concentrated in the low yields of 2019. The dry season and summer heat may be present in the wine’s potent tannins, serving to complete the sumptuous texture. The fruit is ripe without being sweet, plush while still sustaining an earthy complexity. Aussie wine collector David Hawkins found that “the fruit feels pure, elegant but rich, the wine ready to go now but will last a while.”

Supple, rich and harmonious, the 2019 Lily's Garden Shiraz is drinking beautifully already. Hints of eucalyptus and sage add interest to the mixed-berry fruit, while the medium to full-bodied palate is almost creamy in texture, finishing long and luxuriously silky.
