• Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6:30pm. Order pick-up available from 12pm to 6:30pm.
• We are closed on Sunday.

Order Pick-Up

When will my order be ready?

• You will receive an email notification when your order items are ready for in-store pick-up.
• INSTORE ORDERS ONLY:  If the items are store only and placed before 3:30PM they will be available for pick up in 2 hours, Monday through Friday.
• OFFSITE TRANSFER ORDERS::
  • Offsite items for pick-up orders are transferred to the store on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and will be available after 3 PM.  There is a 10 AM cutoff  - anything placed after 10 AM will be available the next transfer day.  
  • Example: An order placed at 9 AM on Monday with be available to pick up at the store after 3 PM that Monday.  However, an order placed at 11 AM on Monday will not be available until after 3 PM on Wednesday.

• We offer free local shipping in San Francisco for orders of $300 or more
• This will ship via the overnight courier GLS and will generally arrive next business day
