The 2019 Bianco Brazan is savory, opening with an herbal touch as wet stone, ginger and dried apricot notes join the fray. This is soft in feel with ripe melon and yellow apple complemented by sweet spice. It cleans up beautifully through the finish, lightly structured, leaving a subtle pear and chamomile hint to taper off slowly. The Brazan could use a short stay in the cellar to come together fully.
