Light gold with persistent fine bubbles, the Pierre Moncuit Delos Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV is a stainless steel fermented cuvée based on the 2019 vintage aged a minimum of three years on lees and finished with a three gram per liter dosage. Redolent of ripe quince, Meyer lemon peel, nougat, chalk dust and a tiny whiff of honey, the taut medium-bodied palate has tightly coiled acidity, a focused citrusy core and really fine chalky texture on the finish.
