Made with Chardonnay planted in the communes of Oiry and Chouilly (10%) and Marueil-sur-Aÿ for the rest, the NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru reveals a pure, delicate bouquet of white fruits, pear, herbs and spices. Medium to full-bodied, tense and pure, it's elegantly juicy and has bright acids and a long, ethereal finish. Based on the 2020 vintage, complemented with 2019 (10%) and 2018 (30%), it was disgorged with six grams per liter of dosage. - Yohan Castaing

The NV Champagne 1er Cru Blanc De Blancs Brut is 60% from the 2020 vintage with 20% each from 2019 and 2018 and was raised in stainless steel without oak. The nose opens to yeasty aromas of bread dough, quince, pear, and fresh flowers. Mid-weight, it’s lively and fresh in style, offering a crisp, refreshing feel with snappy lift and juicy ripeness. This very nicely balanced Blanc de Blancs is drinking wonderfully now and will drink well over the coming 6-8 years. 6.5 grams per liter dosage. - Audrey Frick

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a blend from parcels in Oiry, Chouilly and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Creamy and expressive, the Blanc de Blancs offers a good deal of complexity, making it a terrific choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years.
