92+ A blend of 50% Chardonnay (based on the 2021 vintage, from vines planted in the commune of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ) and 44% Pinot Noir (from the same village and comprising a blend of the 2019 and 2020 vintages), the NV Extra-Brut Premier Cru Rosé displays aromas of rose, peony, strawberries and citrus. Moderately weighted and bright, it has a tense, delicate mid-palate, a pinpoint mousse and a long, precise and delicate finish. This blend contains 6% red wine vinified in barrels and was disgorged with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter. - YC

92+ Very light salmon pink, the Sélection 1er Cru Rosé NV is pretty and poised from start to finish. Based on the 2020 vintage with 30% from 2019, it is a 50% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir with 6% of still red fermented and aged in oak for a year. It is finished Brut with a 6.5 gram per liter dosage. Perfumed with summer red fruits, strawberry cream tart, wilted peony, and hints of spice, the medium-bodied palate has subtle red fruit concentration and shimmering acidity that radiates on the long, creamy finish. Refreshing and enjoyable. Disgorged March 2023.

The NV Brut Rosé has so much to offer. Creamy and resonant in the glass, with striking persistence and fine balance, Hébrart's Rosé is pure class. Cranberry, white pepper, chalk, mint and grapefruit abound. The blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir works so well. What a delight. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Pale pink salmon-colored, the NV Champagne 1er Cru Brut Rosé is equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and has 6% vin rouge in the blend. It reveals notes of fresh strawberries, peaches, fresh pastry dough, and a fluffy mousse. Crisp, refreshing, and approachable, I love where this highly charming wine is now, so enjoy it over the next few years.
