The new release of Henriot’s Brut Souverain delivers a beautifully refined, floral bouquet of apple, pear, brioche, chalky soil tones, white lilies and just a touch of nuttiness in the upper register. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a good spine of acidity, pinpoint bubbles, fine focus and balance and a long, zesty and vibrant finish. This is quite stylish.
