The NV Palo Cortado N7 is 100% Pedro Ximénez sourced from Montilla-Moriles. Aged for 20 years in soleras with casks over 50 years old, this mahogany-colored wine features complex aromas of dried fruits, saffron, licorice and caramel, with a faint Manzanilla-like note. Dry and rich, the umami-filled palate delivers oak and saffron flavors with a very long, tarry finish.
