It’s medium- to full-bodied and has a breathtaking mineral freshness, but also enormous fascination. The 2023 Riesling Zeltinger Schlossberg Auslese Schmitt is exquisitely fruity with ripe peach and tangy pink grapefruit on the nose. On the palate, these fresh fruits attain compote-like sweetness and concentration, with juicy peachy sweetness cut perfectly and deliciously.
