The very pale white 2023 Supernova Moll has an herbal nose with notes of Mediterranean herbs, fennel and aniseed, light, fresh, clean and precise. Twenty percent of the wine fermented in 500-liter barrels, but the majority fermented and matured in stainless steel and was kept with lees for three months. It's delicate and fresh, balanced and with a pleasant bitter twist in the finish. It has moderate ripeness, 12.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.37 with 4.7 grams of acidity. I like the nose and the strong personality. 21,000 bottles. It was bottled in May 2024. - Luis Gutiérrez
