The Castello dei Rampolla 2020 Sammarco is a celebrated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese from beautiful Panzano in Chianti. This is an abundant and explosive expression that delivers beautiful intensity with sharp black fruits backed by a mineral or metallic note of iron ore or rusty nail. Vibrant acids extend the mid-palate and finish. What a beauty. The 2020 is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 3% Sangiovese.
