A blend of Bassi, Casa Contenta and MarFarm, the 2024 Pinot Noir SLO Coast was entirely destemmed, a first for this particular cuvée. It is a decidedly earthy expression of the region, opening with forest floor, mushroom and turned-earth aromas set against a dark core of berry fruits. The palate is svelte and seamless and underpinned by a mineral-driven spine that carries through the savory finish. - Matthew Luczy
