The 2022 Riesling Kostheimer Weiss Erd Grosses Gewächs, from a warm site, was first bottled as a single-vineyard wine in 2008. Gentle notes of fresh yellow peach flesh come with a tender overtone of dried peach on the nose. The palate is notably slender, enfolding its peachy charm in citric verve that tingles all around the mouth. The body is rounded but chiseled, tapering into wonderful zestiness.
