(91-93 points) Bright crimson more than purple. The nose is very expressive, strawberry more than raspberry, with a light liquorice touch. There is very good fruit behind here, not a massive Corton, not multi-dimensional nor firmly structured, more of a delicious fruit-fest. The barrel gives a drier finish but the fruit wins easily.
