Leading off the reds, the 2022 Pinot Noir Presqu'Ile Vineyard comes from a cool-climate site just outside of Santa Maria and was completely destemmed and brought up in barrel. Bright cherry, mulberries, forest floor, and sappy floral notes all emerge from this beautifully pure, medium-bodied, focused, elegant Pinot Noir. With fine tannins, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish, this is one classy Pinot Noir that will drink well for a solid decade.

The 2022 Pinot Noir Presqu'ile Vineyard is bold, racy and super-expressive. There's gorgeous depth and density to complement the natural spice and earthiness of Santa Maria. Dark cherry, herbs, spice, leather, incense and crushed flowers build nicely. Succulent and expressive, with tons of dynamic energy, the 2022 is very nicely done. -Antonio Galloni
