(93-94 points) 2022 suits the classic monastic style of Tesson, thinks Anne, as the sunny season has softened the stricter side of this vineyard. Clear pale lemon. A very complete bouquet, with a delicious second wave of fruit, apple and plum together, and a long racy finish. Very fine. A splendid aftertaste, as there was clearly no stress here in this cooler site.

(92-94 points) Wafting from the glass with notes of citrus oil, pear, green apple, white flowers and freshly baked bread, the 2022 Meursault Les Tessons is medium to full-bodied, satiny and fleshy, with a layered core of fruit, bright acids and a long, minty finish. At this early stage, it's somewhat reminiscent of the domaine's 2017 vintage. - WK

(90-93 points) A cool, elegant and more floral-suffused nose displays notes of essence of pear, spice and a hint of fennel. I very much like the texture of the succulent and caressing medium weight flavors that exude a refreshing salinity on the balanced and sneaky long bone-dry finale. This sappy effort is relatively powerful and also quite tightly wound, indeed it will need every bit of a decade of realize its full, and considerable, potential. Highly recommended.

(90-92 points) The 2022 Meursault Les Tessons comes from shallower soils than the Les Terres Blanches, roots hitting the limestone bedrock after 30 or 40cm. That "calcaire" comes through on the well-defined, minerally nose - not powerful but focused. The palate is well-balanced with a lightly spiced core, veins of stem ginger and lemongrass developing with time in the glass. - Neal Martin
