(91-94 points) An overtly floral-suffused nose freely displays its aromas of lavender, rose petal, violet and spicy black cherry. The elegant, pure and lilting medium weight flavors flash a subtle minerality on the wonderfully long, balanced and equally austere finale. This is textbook Feusselottes, which is to say a wine of finesse and refinement.

(91-94 points) The same glowing red colour, with a light torrefaction on the nose. Maxime mentions that almost his favourite wine was a bottle of 2015 from Cécile Tremblay. This has the fleshier approach of higher pH, still a pleasing rounded wine, with enough acidity nonetheless.

(90-92 points) The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes 1er Cru has a composed, focused bouquet, the oak well-integrated, with quite pure black cherries and boysenberry fruit. The palate is well-balanced with very good weight on the entry. It shows the new oak a little at the moment but is simpatico with the fruit and has fine mineralité and tension towards the finish.
