(94-96 points) A fair depth of crimson. Here the fruit is clearly the victor on the nose. It remains attractively discreet though with persistence. Some darker strawberries in the mix. A little vanilla washes through at the finish.

(VN 94-96 points) The 2022 Chambertin Grand Cru is laced with hints of red toned fruit, cedar, cinnamon, spice and new leather. Deceptively medium in body, the 2022 is super-elegant right out of the gate. It’s a Chambertin of finesse rather than size. Blood orange, mint, rose petal spice and new leather lend aromatic nuance, all framed by the silkiest of tannins. What a gorgeous wine this is. - Antonio Galloni
