The 2022 Chassagne Montrachet Village has a slightly conservative bouquet that needs encouragement, opening nicely with green apple, nettle and light limestone scents. The palate is well balanced, with good concentration and fine depth considering this is a Village Cru. A bright, spicy finish lingers in the mouth.
