The 2021 Chardonnay Heintz is a super-classic Radio-Coteau wine. Floral and nicely lifted in the glass, the 2021 is all about understatement. Dried pear, white flowers, graphite, spice, mint and a hint of passionfruit all grace this subtle, wonderfully nuanced Chardonnay. Heinz is one of the great vineyard sites in Sonoma. That pedigree comes through loud and clear in this bottling.

Fermented in barrel with approximately 20% new oak, the 2021 Chardonnay Heintz is a golden youthful hue and is ripe with pineapple, lemon curd, and delicate baking spices. Full-bodied, it offers nuttiness throughout on the palate, with yellow flowers, yellow apple, and ripe pithy citrus. Drink 2024-2034.
