Understated in the glass, the 2021 Etna Bianco Muganazzi evolves with a savory bouquet of crushed rocks and salt-cured meats, giving way to musky dried apricots. It’s soft-textured with a mineral tinge up front, showing white pit fruits and pretty inner florals. The Muganazzi tapers off with a mineral tinge, is lightly structured and shows with medium length. I expected more depth and complexity, especially from one of Graci’s single vineyards.
