The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Mt. Veeder is also impressive, with a darker core of black fruits (currants, hints of cassis) as well as plenty of graphite, crushed stone, and chocolate notes. As with the Napa Valley, it's medium to full-bodied and beautifully balanced, has ripe tannins, a great texture, and outstanding length. Both of these 2021s from Cresta Velia are beautiful wines that show the style and quality of the vintage.
