The 2020 Riesling Zeltinger Schlossberg Auslese ** (Golden Capsule) opens with a clear and savory bouquet of crushed lemon skins and concentrated Riesling berries. Highly delicate and pristine on the palate, this is a weightless but lush and sweet, zesty and very fine Auslese with salinity and typical fruit aromas on the finish. Already seductive but with even better aging potential. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine from AP 139 22 in July 2022. - SR
