Explosive cherry and blackberry fruit, with a supple, silky and round texture balanced by a lively freshness. This Volnay is a wine of tremendous energy and vigour, produced exclusively from the young vines of Santenots-du-Milieu, farmed organically. The exuberant fruit is destemmed and given a traditional fermentation with both punching down and pumping over before ageing in cask (one-third new). (Drink between 2023-2040)
