(90-92 points) Spicy aromas of dark raspberry, cherry and earth give way to impressively voluminous yet sleek middle weight flavors that display lovely delineation on the austere finish. This possesses good if not stunning length as it eventually falls off due to the fact that the tannins become a bit angular. With that said, I suspect that the overall sense of harmony will improve as the tannins resolve.

This wine presents dominant aromas of oak spice shielding a soft red fruit layer. On the palate, fresh cherries are lightly dusted with cinnamon and coriander spice.
