Starting with the 2019 Rasteau, it has plenty of chocolatey black raspberry and cherry fruits as well as loads of minerality, medium body, a ripe yet focused frame, and a great finish. This is classic, powerful Rasteau that’s going to benefit from 1-3 years of bottle age and evolve for a decade. It’s beautifully done.
