Pale gold in the glass, this Riesling opens with a delightful hit of meyer lemon and tangerine at the forefront with tones of apple and pear just beneath. There are also aromas of blooming orchard flowers, menthol and freshly tilled earth. Moving to the palate, this wine is not shy on the attack and hits up the middle with citrus and white fruit notes and a vibrant, zesty acidity the drives it through a long, citrus-drenched finish. Pair with pretty much any seafood that comes to mind, but also grilled or roasted poultry. This is gorgeous now but can be held for another 7-8 years.

Quite developed for four years of age (low sulfites?) but this has an impressive balance of mineral acidity, caramelized peach character and considerable power. Polished acidity at the elegant finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
