The Henriot Millésime 2014 is a 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay blend that includes six distinct Chardonnay cru in the blend. It floats out of the glass with very pretty, ripe citrus notes accented by lemon blossom and acacia honey, then illuminates the medium-bodied palate with bright and assertive acidity, precision red fruit concentration and a long, creamy finish with a pleasant chalky grip. Classic, clean, and fresh, this is well-made and enjoyable throughout. Disgorged October 2022 with five grams per liter dosage.

Bright acidity buoys fruit flavors of Meyer lemon, white raspberry, lime peel and grapefruit sorbet in this well-meshed Champagne.
