PALATE
The proof makes itself known up front, but softens beautifully with each sip as the flavors evolve and intensify. Think spiced apple crumble—warm, layered, and comforting. Complexity abounds, with notes of dark cherry, vanilla, and maple weaving through.

FINISH
Long, lingering, and easily one of the highlights of the experience. Brown sugar, toffee, and spice unfold into a playful twist of bananas foster. The evolution here is fascinating and absolutely warrants another sip… then another glass.
