Crafted with natural spring water, tahona-crushed agave, and distilled in small copper pot stills, this Blanco embodies Cazcanes’ pure, agave-forward style. Bright citrus and sweet agave greet the nose, while the palate balances pepper, lime, and delicate floral notes. Crisp, vibrant, and refreshing, it shines equally well neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail.
ABOUT CAZCANES
Cazcanes takes its name from the Caxcan people and builds on that heritage with a modern, small-batch approach rooted in the Highlands of Jalisco. The brand crafts an agave-forward, purity-first house style under master distiller Francisco “Don Chico” Jiménez at NOM 1614 (Tequilera TAP) just north of Amatitán. Production is deliberately low-and-slow: mature agaves are cooked gently, fermented in open air, and double-distilled in stainless stills with copper for texture and clarity, then proofed with natural spring water, a signature that adds lift and minerality. The result is clean, balanced tequila that lets ripe agave lead, whether bottled unaged or rested in oak.
