2009 Giacomo Mori - Tuscany Chianti
"Aged in a combination of French and Slovenian oak, the 2009 Giacomo Mori Chianti provides a whole lot of wine for the money. Sangiovese dominates this estate-grown blend, but is complimented by the small addition of Canaiolo and Colorino, two other less known–but equally laudable–grape varietals. Rustic spice and dusty cherry fruit dominate the nose followed by hints of sage, tree sap, bittersweet cocoa and tobacco." -SFWTC Staff
