First produced in 2005, this Etna Bianco, a blend of 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico and 5% Inzolia from the north slope, has a bright, pithy nose with hints of stone and peach. In the mouth it's very saline and succulent, vertical and pithy, showing a lovely softness of yellow fruits with floral overtones, leading to a lingering, stony finish. So light on its feet yet intense in flavour, with a body that melts away leaving you wanting another sip.
