N.V. Paul Bara Grand Cru Brut Rose Champagne The Montagne de Reims produces some of the finest Pinot Noir in all of Champagne and Bouzy is its ground cru capital. This is a large scale Rosé with plenty of meat on its bones and plenty of attitude. This is a wine of stature and pedigree and it commands respect. Richly textured with dry dark fruit notes of loganberry and wild strawberry, the profoundly minerally undertones of this wine are typical of the region. The finish is long and seductive with a touch of violets, chalky minerals and yeast.
