2009 Neurosurgery Sellars, Cabernet Sauvignon "Substantia Nigra" Napa Valley. Dear Neurosurgical Friends & Colleagues: I am please that after months of trying to co-ordinate this as a "part time job" I have been able to bring out the second bottling of Neurosurgery Sellars, Substantia Nigra, a Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon. Many thanks to Sean Maher from Napa Valley and Gary Marcaletti from SFWTC for putting up with my emails and guiding me through the process. Also thanks to Mike Hirby from Napa the wine maker who agreed to make the wine available to us via Sean. I think you will like it. A very agreeable wine, ready to drink, with rose petal/lavender/cinnimon fragrances, medium body, soft tannins. I know you will be pleased.
