Moulin de Gassac is the sister label to the famed Mas de Daumas Gassac producer. Organically cultivated with minimal intervention, the wines showcase the splendid aromatics, brilliant minerality and wonderfully pure fruit that is so common among the Mediterranean-influenced vineyards of the Languedoc. The 2012 Rose is a blend of Syrah and Grenache. Aromatics of strawberries and crushed red fruit leap from the glass. In the mouth, it is fresh with excellent acidity, some mineral components and good length.
