Mostly Grenache, with hints of Carignan, Syrah, and Cinsault from fully mature 25 year-old vines, the 2011 simply embodies the heart and soul of this picturesque region. Dark plum and kirsch notes fill the medium weight palate and are followed by hints of lavender, campfire smoke and blackberry jam.
