Domaine Fontsainte has been an in-house favorite of importer Kermit Lynch since 1978. But the ancient vineyards of Corbieres have an even more impressive history that spans the millennia as the very first vineyards were planted by the Romans. A classic blend of Carignan, Grenache Noir and Syrah, the 2010 is a dark and brooding effort with rustic spice-kissed tannins, hints of vintage leather, star anise, sour cherry and ripe plum fruit.
