2010 Chateau du Seuil, white Bordeaux Graves Blanc, Dry French White. (Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon) The 2010 Seuil Blanc is a mineral-rich classic Graves from a small, family-owned and operated producer with a long history of winemaking in Bordeaux. A blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, this partially oak-aged dry white has a shimmering platinum hue followed by profound citrus and limestone aromas. Delicate gooseberry and tart green apple flavors abound followed by hints of apricot, tuberose and key lime.
