With vineyards overlooking the banks of Lake Geneva, it is no wonder that this Chasselas is so crisp and ultra-refreshing. The vines are planted in a mix of stony glacial deposits and limestone, brought downstream by the Dranse River. Aged in stainless steel, the 2011 is pale gold with lovely notes of tropical citrus, raw almonds, honeycomb and tart green apple.
