2008 Cedar Knoll by Palmaz, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley.(Made by Mia Klein) From vines in Coombsville and originally developed under the guidance of famed vintner Randy Dunn, the Palmaz winery spared no expense building one of Napa's wine caves. This is their wonderful second label wine, Cedar Knoll named for Napa's first bonded winery that was on the site. This textured Cabernet shows bold fruit and depth with blackberry, graphite, cedar spice, cassis and licorice.
