Distiller info:
The Revel Chion family, farmers by birth and distillers of grappa by vocation, have lived and worked in Chiaverano for a couple of centuries. The Distilleria Revel Chion was born from the land and the work of ten generations that never left Chiaverano. They gradually adapted the company to modern trends and tastes, without ever betraying its origins and traditions. A tradition that continues in the limited varieties of grappa produced, all representing the Piedmont territory from which the raw material, the grape, comes from.
